Everything was fine until yesterday. Product arrived quickly, installation was a snap. Worked perfectly. Yesterday I started to prepare our travel trailer for the holiday week coming up. The jack would retract but now lower. Battery good, fuse on unit good, but the motor will not lower the jack. I am now in the process of tracking down their customer service department to check on warranty info. In the mean time I still have to get ready for vacation and their is no way of getting a replacement before I leave. For your information a 7/16 socket with a half inch corded drill will raise or lower the unit. So disappointed UPDATE: After returning from vacation I was able to contact PSE Jacks by e-mail. They responded immediately and are sending a replacement jack tomarow . I do not have to return the bad jack. This is excellent customer service and I would expect no less from an Amazon vendor, Hopefully I have better luck with the replacement.
