I would like to write a good review, I really would. The pool is sturdy, easy to set up and inflate, BUT, it's impossible to keep it up without the bottom valve cover. Mine seems to be missing - just an open hole. It's not in the box, it didn't fall out on the ground, it's not anywhere. When Intex opens tomorrow, I intend to call customer service and get a replacement. If that happens, I'll update my review to 5 stars. EDIT: I contacted Customer Service today. Unfortunately, they do not offer a warranty on these pools, nor will they ship me the part for free. Granted, the part was only 1.91 - with $5.63 for shipping, I just think it's shoddy customer service to not replace a part that should have shipped with the pool. One star still stands. Anybody else needs a valve housing, it's part number 11538 on the website...Way to go Intex...
