Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Company twice offered me $40 to take down this negative review— instead of just trying to fix the problem.....is this allowed by Amazon?? Would seem you can not trust the reviews here.....buyer beware!! // And, now, the batteries won't hold any serious charge. You put the battery in and the machine goes for about 3 seconds. You push the button to run it again and it may or may not run for another 3 seconds. We've been VERY careful to FULLY discharge the batteries each use. The one battery was sketchy from the get-go, but now neither seems to be holding a charge. GARBAGE!!!! How do TWO OUT OF TWO batteries end up being duds?? Quality control, people! I guess you have to pay more for the Dyson. Thank goodness I saved the box to return it!!
