06/30/2021 at 11 AM I put the Freedom on, left my residence and took a short walk over to the cemetery to water the flowers on family graves. Its a heavy gadget, (hurt my neck), at the high speed its noisy and there was no cool air. It was 81 degrees out, felt like 91 degrees and the humidity was 73% inside and outside. After a half hour I came home, hot n sticky and even tried wearing it in my house, nope to noisy. Another issue, the earrings I wore kept clacking against the Freedom, another annoyance. Very disappointed, I'm going to be in Texas in late August and will be walking about. I was hoping the Freedom would keep me cool enough for the Texas heat. I received a promotion in the package for 20% off if I bought another Artic Air product. Log on their website, do a quick survey. Use the promo code at the end of the survey to get your savings. I couldn't get into the website for the survey, not that I wanted the promo code, but just to let the company know the Freedom did not work for this senior citizen!
