There needs to be a way for players who play free and those only willing to spend a modest amount to enjoy the game without all of the bullying by high spending whales. I suggest that you create and offer a one time transfer to an exclusive server for non-aggressive players. A server where bullying and trolling can be policed accordingly without disturbing the cash rich players that provide the upper end of your profit. Whether you have noticed or even care, there is a growing negative movement slowly building online against your game. It may currently be in your best interests to let the moderate spending and free players quit after becoming frustrated. But no matter how well you disguise it, the overall spending and game play will be lower in the long run. But you can do something now to save the reputation of the game. If you are willing, and actually care about the long term profitability of STFC. If you really mean what you say in your "stock" responses to complaints, that you care about all levels and types of players, then you will create a server for regular players to enjoy the game and improve your reputation at the same time. You already run multiple servers, why not one more. And you may even be able to reduce the number of servers by combining the whale servers when average players choose the non-aggressive one. It may even get your whales to spend more because they will suddenly have to compete with equally spend-thrifty players. It's your move. And please do not reply with the standard mushy copy. I have already tried in-game complaints and already know that you don't treat all players the same. And for any current or future players reading this, please repeat the same sentiment and wishes in your reviews. Numbers do count.
