The speaker set was amazing while it worked. I bought it just over a year ago and experienced the first problem about 3 months ago. Basically it stopped working completely and only 2 lights showed on the physical control panel (in the Input column, 5 and Aux were lit and all other lights were off). I unplugged it and it started working again. A few weeks ago (literally 57 weeks after purchase, 1 year warranty), the same thing happened again. I tried the same fix many times and it has never worked since. After looking through their support site, forums, google searches, it appears this is common with the product and Logitech's response has been all over the board, mostly refusing to replace the units though. I won't talk about the functionality or sound of the device since there is clearly an issue with the design of these speakers. It's very sad to see Logitech continue to sell these products even though there is a clear flaw, also sad that they are not backing up the product. This is going to significantly affect my opinion of the company going forward in a negative way (an opinion that used to be favorable).
