Good so far. Not difficult to put together, outer packaging was trashed when I received the product, but everything inside was in good shape. Seat is a bit tight, so if you are bigger bodied it might not be the right fit as the arms are not adjustable. Edit - on 11/26/2018 this chair exploded on me today while sitting in it. Never gave any signs of failure, but now is in multiple pieces. Two wheels broke simultaneously today leaving me in a heap of chair parts on the floor.
