Started off as a nice decent toaster. It was simple to use and it did a fairly good at toasting. However today (11/2) we were using it, and when we pulled out the toast, we were unaware that one of the heating elements had come loose and was attached to the bread as it was pulled out which resulted in a burnt finger. Spoke with Revo customer we service, and we shall see what they have to say before turning over the toaster for inspection sorry but went from a good toaster with 4 stars to one due to safety concerns.
