I am a practicing physician who was looking for a nonsurgical option for skin laxity. I watched the Beverly Hills MD Dermal Complex video and bought into the concept and believed the remarkable positive results. I purchased 3 bottles a months and shared the supplement with my colleagues. None of us received and noticeable results despite using the product for 4-6 months. I spoke with Beverly Hills MD Dermal complex representative to explain the lack of positive results with their products. She recommended I purchase a different product to use in conjunction with the originally purchased product. I Explained I would not purchase additional products because I do not have any confidence in the original product and do not want to spend more money on any product from their company that doesn't stand behind their products. I eat healthy and exercise regularly. I am extremely disappointed with their false claims, lack of customer service and for not providing a refund for the hundreds of dollars spent on a worthless product.
