This company has a horrible return policy. After daily use for many months the teflon coating has melted away and it took weeks of waiting for them to get back to me to approve getting the matter resolved. Now they want me to send it in to a repair shop that they outsource the work to and the shipping cost alone will be close to $50. All I want are the grill plates removed but they at first refused and now want me to spend over a quarter of the initial cost of the thing to have some guy look at it and tell me if there is anything wrong with it or not. As of this moment T-Fal has no program in place or way you can replace the grill plate, so unless you like consuming toxic chemicals from burnt teflon after using it X number of times then this is junk. If you're considering purchasing this, wait and buy the http://www.palatehome.com/ when it comes out as I suspect it will be a much better product.
