Unfortunately, it spikes sugar and is not 3g of sugar
It tastes amazing, and after seeing some concerned reviews on similar products from this company, I decided to check my own blood sugar soon after eating these. It skyrocketed my blood sugar.. and I was saddened since I loved this product so much. But yes unfortunately its not very honest advertising, its definitely not 3g of sugar
