Update: They won't replace or refund even though it's under warranty unless I remove this review which is in violation of the TOS of Amazon. This is what they said: Hello You can return the goods. Sincerely ========== Not as full featured as the Plantronics but pretty good. But it died after a few months. Battery won't recharge. I will change rating if the company comes through.
