Man I loved this bag. I used it for work for 4 months which is me traveling with it 3 times a week. After 4 months I just noticed the straps are frayed and wearing out. I’m really disappointed because this was my favorite backpack I’ve owned it’s just poorly made. Probably started wearing after 3 Months. Update: In order to qualify for their warranty i have to pay for shipping costs and packing and it takes 6 weeks to get the bag back and you might not get it back if they determine they can't repair it. Then you get an unknown coupon amount or option b is to get back your broke-ass POS bag they sold you. Some warranty! Boy! So I pay 20 bucks to ship this and then may or may not get a repaired bag back? Sounds like a real non-risky guarantee for the customer!
