The main reason I ordered this nightgown is that the fabric is described as cotton, and since I am allergic to synthetics, it would have been perfect. Plus, while the seller did not offer free returns, Amazon did, using their "A to Z guarantee", so I went ahead and ordered it, thinking if it did not work out, I would get free shipping to return it and a full refund. First of all, it is NOT cotton! Not even close. When I went to return it, I discovered that Amazon wanted the seller to make good before they got involved in the return. That did not go well. The seller first offered me a 10% refund and would let me keep the product. I said no, I couldn't wear it. Then they offered me a 30% refund and I could keep the product. I again said no. Then it went up to 40%. No. They then said they would give me a refund if I returned at my own expense. I refused. This went on for months! Finally, Amazon agreed to refund me the cost to ship it back to the company, and they did. BUT the company never refunded my money! So Amazon finally stepped in and did so. The whole mess lasted 5 months. I will NEVER buy anything with the Amazon A to Z refund guarantee again, nor will I purchased from this company.
