NOT as advertised!! These are PASTELS!!
THESE ARE PASTEL-COLORED, NOT BRIGHT-COLORED. These are not what I wanted. I already have plenty of pastel-colored bands. I was specifically looking for brights. Will never buy from this dealer again! Misleading advertising!
