I received the call blocker and hooked it up . I have Comcast phone service with Panasonic cordless phones . The call blocker worked fine for a few incoming calls as far as my phone ringing . Then I noticed I was getting messages from people who weren't getting through on my phone as the call blocker had blocked every incoming call without touching it .I tried the parallel that didn't work either . I don't know if it malfunctioned I unplugged it and send it back to Amazon . I was really hoping it would work and stop all of the telemarketing calls I get during the day and evenings .
