I don't know how many of these reviews are valid and for this model, but with at least the product I received, it is very disappointing. This is not a high quality unit. When running, I can barely see any bubbles and certainly can't feel them on my feet. The vibration is worthless. It does a decent job of heating the water, but if you want anything beyond that, save your money for a different product. Be careful, many of these reviews are for the other more expensive models, not this one! Video of waterfall is NOT of this product! The rollers just sit there, you need to run your feet along them for any massaging action and it's not very easy to do, space-wise. I am returning my unit.
