The machine seems to be well made and fairly easy to operate. I've only had it a few days. I really like that I can brew drip coffee or make espresso and steamed milk. The big problem is that only one function can be used at a time. Brewing coffee, making espresso or steaming milk. Only ONE! The water tanks are separate for each function and they must heat up separately. This means that I have to pull espresso shots THEN change function button on machine to heat for steamer wand. Ideally I could steam milk while espresso is brewing. The coffee burner must not be on during any of the other functions. This is very inconvenient . Considering returning and getting a more sophisticated machine.
