In my humble opinion the Whirley Pop stove top popcorn popper sold by Wabash is an inferior product made with subpar parts. The second time I used it, it came apart in my hands. I had to break out the tinsnips and a battery operated drill to finish the process. (See photo) When I called Wabash their customer service department said they had zero authority to work out a problem with a bad product. Wabash and Amazon both would have me ship the broken/ inferior product back on my own dime.Company CEOs need to understand that their number one priority should be customer service walking hand-in-hand with product quality, followed closely by price point. Wabash has dropped the ball royally on all accounts. Do not waste your time or money on this inferior product.
