I was excited to find this product and order one. It arrived in a timely manner. It was a little challenging assembling it but that was immaterial to me. My wife and I both liked it and used it daily. After 9 days a cable broke and we had to return it. We requested a replacement but our money was refunded. I am sorry to say that I was disappointed in the quality of the SitN'Cycle. We are looking for something else as a replacement.
