Dissapointed, had high hopes
I've been using a tinted mousse primer Anthelious Unifiant spf 50 by La Roche-Posay that is not sold in the U.S. and have to buy it in Mexico. It goes on beautifully, smooth, silky, evens out my blotchy skin and looks and feels like velvet. I have called the company to try to order the same formula and they knew nothing about it! Suddenly they come up with this new formula and I was hoping it was like the one I import. Unfortunately it is dry, has a grainy texture, pulls on my skin when applying it (even in hot TX weather) and gives me a yellowish mask-like look. I am Hispanic with olive color, oily, sun damaged, imperfect and mature skin. This product does not work like spackle on my pores; or cover melasma like it claims, they show right through; even magnifies any little holes or bumps and if I wear make up or concealer over it then I end up with a thick layer and not a natural look , not to mention an oily face anyway which streaks and have to blot it. In other words, my oily skin still comes through. I really wish they had used the formula they sell to latin America and Brazil (made in Germany), the velvety one that I don't have to wear makeup over, the one that resembles in texture Tizo 3 mineral fusion, which I love but doesn't cover as well and is only 40 spf but less expensive. Why couldn't you give us the GOOD FORMULA?! Can I get my money back?
