I ordered both this bed and the Zinus mattresses. I was moving overseas and purchased this bed from Amazon before moving so I could have an inexpensive guest bedroom. I didn't open the box when it arrived, instead I shipped it with my other furniture overseas immediately. Three months later, I tried to put it together and realized my box had an extra piece (that didn't belong to this bed at all) and was missing 2 key pieces. I contacted Zinus, but they refused to even sell me the missing pieces, let alone replace them. I have an an overseas address now and my family in the US was willing to receive the order at their homes and send it to me, but Zinus refused. Now, I have an almost $200 giant paperweight that cannot be used for guests at all since the 2 parts are rather key. So disapppointed.
