After a couple of chapters, it's clear this book is not worth the ink. This is simply an attorney trying to sell services. I am on the board of a non-profit that does not have 501 (c) 3 status and we are seeking to apply. We want to do the majority of the work for this on our own and this book appears to be a source to direct our efforts. You can find more accurate and comprehensive information on the IRS web site. Do not waste a penny on this book. I have trashed it. I would not re-sell it as it would simply waste someone else's time. I would rate it a zero but that's not a option.
