I have used NOW products for a while now, but this was an absolute mess....pills stuck together inside the container so badly I could not get a single one out...I had to cut the bottle open with a box cutter. Even once I cut open the bottle, I couldn't separate the capsules from each other without destroying them. It cant be blamed on temperature fluctuations in shipping because I received a bottle of fish oil capsules in the same package.
