Update: WalkingPad said they would send me a “new and improved” product to test out. That was months ago and I never received it. Don’t bother! Original review: Save yourself the hassle of having to take this heavy box back to UPS and don't order this treadmill. Such a wonderful concept for a treadmill that ultimately falls flat. What a disappointment! I was so excited to receive this order but the treadmill belt kept slipping/jamming/fraying on the sides. I made the necessary adjustments as outlined in the info booklet but nothing worked to keep it in place and running smoothly. Additionally, before you can even use the treadmill you have to complete a tutorial on the "WalkingPad" app. I was able to make it through the "Manual Mode" tutorial without issue (even though I was constantly having to adjust the treadmill belt), however, the treadmill simply did not work in "Automatic Mode." I figured, no big deal, I'll just use the treadmill in Manual Mode. Nope! The treadmill won't let you go above 1.7 MPH if you don't complete the tutorial. I tried for hours to get this treadmill to work because I loved the concept. However, this was nothing but a big waste of time. The one positive is that it looks like I'll be getting a refund quickly.
