Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I've had TWO TofuXpress units now and they have both broken. I use the exact brand of tofu that is recommended and use it according to the directions on the video. The top plastic part is not strong enough to withstand the weight of the spring. When it works, it is great to have tofu pressed so beautifully. However, these things aren't priced friendly enough to have them break after a couple months' use. BUYER BEWARE!!! There are other units on the market that work MUCH better!!
