I am so angry right now! I bought about $300 worth of beef from a friend who butchered a cow. I bought this freezer specifically to hold it. It was slightly damaged from shipping, but seemed to work fine, so I didn't return it. I let it run for 3 weeks before I put meat in it to make sure it worked. It worked fine for 3 months. Today I walk into my garage and find a blood trail on the floor (it leaked from the draiin). The freezer is completely off and all the meat is garbage!! Nothing touched the power switch and it was still plugged in. It just doesn't turn on at all now. Of course, I forgot to turn in the warranty card (my fault, I know), so I can't return it. $200 for the freezer and $300 for the meat - I just threw away $500! I don't know if it went bad because of the shipping damage or not, but I wanted to post my experience since I purchased it because it had good reviews.
