All the positive reviews are because they offer a “free gift” that you have to message them and give them your order number and are then asked to leave a review for! These nursing pads are horrible! They are so oddly shaped from poor quality stitching that they make it look like a very badly stuff bra when you wear them so they aren’t discrete at all. I have leaked through the pads multiple times now and ended up with embarrassingly wet clothes a couple of times even after I had just changed them. The material on the inside feels soft when you first put them on, but they end up feeling rough and painfully sticking to my already sore nipples once they soak up any milk. My stitches have been falling apart since I got them and have continued to shred more after washing. As another mom mentioned, the sour milk smell with these is horrible. I’ve never had this issue with any other pads, but they start to smell sour very quickly and no matter how much you wash, the smell just doesn’t come completely out. These nursing pads are an absolute joke, but I am going to keep wearing them around my house (and changing them after every feed so they don’t leak through my clothes again) until they finish falling apart so my money wasn’t completely wasted.
