I was so excited to get this; however, after only having it for less than 2 months, I experienced an issue with this hard drive. I do photography as a second source of income and after each photoshoot I cut the photos from my SD card as I always do, to my harddrive . I transferred over 600 photos this specific day. When i went to look at the photos the next day, only 222 were on my harddrive. The only literary vanished. So i closed that folder and reopened it, and it dropped on only 111 photos. Within seconds, I lost over 100 photos in addition to the other ones I lost. I spent an entire day trying to recover them, only to be able to retrieve less than half. I do not trust this brand. Their customer service phone number also is no help since noone answers the phone and their online chat does not work. I'm returning this back to the seller.
