Completely in shock! Opened the box in what I hoped was my new vacuum that I was so excited to use only to find that not only did I not receive a NEW vacuum I received a returned item that obviously was NOT checked! Someone returned this Shark APEX box with their old vacuum and a TV stand!! Yes you heard me right a freaking TV stand! I’m beyond pissed considering the price I paid was not for something that was previously returned but also wasn’t even the $300+ vacuum I purchased!
