Wow... purchased the bundle with keyboard. Keyboard maybe works 50% of the time. I’m constantly being forced to use the on-screen screen keyboard. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have bothered wasting nearly $300 on this worthless, set-up. If you’re lookin to use this like a laptop, look elsewhere! UPDATE: I don't know what's worse... this tablet or Amazon's horrible customer support. I've been round and round with their call center in the Philipines. I've been hung up on twice only after being on hold for nearly an hour. Anyone looking to purchase tablet, I would recommend purchasing a non-fire tablet. I purchased the microsoft 365 bundle which included a cheap bluetooth keyboard. As in my earlier review, keyboard constantly disconnects from the tablet. Also, be advised that you are restricted from purchasing android apps outside Amazon's app store, and Amazon doesn't have any apps worth downloading. I was also informed by customer support that I could use the micro c drive to plug in my USB hub. However, after spending $20 on a USB hub... I found out the hard way that Amazon Fire Tablet 10 plus don't allow it to be supported with their micro c drive. Most of my Microsoft docs are on USB, so why can't I use a hub on this tablet? I own the previous Fire 10 (2019 release), and I see no real difference other than the color of the Fire Plus tablet. Shame on you Amazon!
