I have been playing Criminal Case on my Kindle Fire HD for well over a year, and up til now I have absolutely loved it! After reaching level 40, I started getting a box that comes up when I open the Criminal Case app saying "Update Now." However, when I hit the button to update, all it does is open the Kindle App Store page. Where it used to have an "update" button on that page, it now only has an "open" button, and when I hit that, it does absolutely nothing. Now I can't open the Criminal Case game at all! I have contacted the developers of Criminal Case about this issue, but all they did was refer me to their help page online, and that page is useless for info on updating the app for Kindle. It's more for computer or cell phone info. Is there anyone out there that can help me fix this? Criminal Case is the best game I have ever played on my Kindle and I hate to think I won't be able to play it anymore. I'm so very disappointed.
