Im having the same issues as other parents on here. My son has the fire tablet which you can download this from and buy as well but my son got a new tablet recently so had to redownload all the games. This particular pinkfong game (not all) is only supported by google play in terms of saved data so I can download this on my android and it asks for a sign in so that I can restore purchase but on the fire tablet it does not so if your not using an android or a device that supports google play your going to have issues with this particular game other pinkfong games are fine
