UPDATE: We think what happened was one boot was placed on a heat vent and that caused the shrinkage. We ended up ordering another pair because they really are great boots. We loved these boots until a few days ago when we discovered one boot had shrunk. Before we bought these boots we had read someone’s review that their pair also shrank but we were skeptical. However, within a period of one or two days, the boot went from fitting just fine and being equal to the other boot, to being significantly smaller. We hadn’t done anything differently than we normally did when she was wearing them, so I have no idea why the one boot shrank so drastically in such a short time.
