I took one capsule with my dinner the day it arrived and had a very hyper overstimulated feeling and was not able to sleep. I tried one more time taking with my breakfast and felt cloudy headed and hyper all day. It was a very bad feeling. I have returned it and the Strontium as well. I was afraid to even try the Strontium product after the reaction from the companion capsules.
