OLED screen burn-in is real, and it will cause you the trouble.
I have bought 2016 65 inch LG OLED TV on December, 2016. In less than 3 years’ normal use (3-5 hrs/day, HDR mode), everything showing on the screen is shifted to the green spectrum. This is well discussed OLED screen burn-in problem (display would shift to either green, or red color). I knew it could be an issue after a few years’ use. But I didn’t fully realize how bad it will be until it happens. Now I know how bad it is, and want to let potential buyers know that it will be a really serious problem, failing your investment on TV. Plz reconsider if you want buy OLED TV unless the manufacturers resolve the screen burn-in issue.
