The product worked well the very first day, got it connected to my router from Spectrum ok and then moved it to a point halfway between the living room and my bedroom. Then it stopped letting anything connect to it. I couldn't get my phone, my wife's phone or my computer to connect to it not even to diagnose and troubleshoot it. Moving it back to the living room made no difference even 5 feet from my router. I've since returned the item.
