I had used this probiotic for around two years, there was a change in late 2017 from a tablet to a capsule, with 31 strains now vs 26 before with different amounts. The new capsule says 50 billion, 5 billion guaranteed at expiration. So it didnt work as well so I put it in the fridge the next time and still didnt work as well. Whether its the capsule or something in the reformulation, its not as effective to me. The tablet version worked well, should it ever return I would consider looking into it again. I have moved on to Drformulas Nexabiotic Advanced. It is well rated on labdoor, inexpensive, 23 strains and 17.5 billion CFU per capsule. Has my review been of help to you?
