False advertising, NOT 400 RPM, company won't return my e-mail
I bought this due to the advertised 400RPM. It is slower than all the other battery operated ratchets in my shop from snap-on to milwaukee to off-brands. I have checked about 10 of them that all advertise 200-300RPM. This KIMO is slightly slower than all of them even with a smooth new bolts and nuts with no restricion, or real life bolts and nuts, KIMO is always slower. Been a about a week since I sent an e-mail to the company asking them to prove their claims but they won't respond.
