This is my third fitness equipment from Sunny Health in the last 4 years. So far they have been all good. This one arrived today and it took me about 60 mins to put it together. Clear instructions and easy assembly. Decided to give it a try and for the first 30 mins it seemed to be working fine. Then started the noise. This cracking and grinding noise that is so loud that it beats the sound of music from an in ear headphone with passive noise cancellation. Don't take my word for it. Check out the video and you can hear how bad it is. It's horrible and ruins your work out. For $500 plus tax this is a very bad purchase. And my first bad experience as a prime member for longer than I can remember. Deeply disappointed. I am considering posting on social media to avoid others getting fooled.
