Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I normally do not write negative reviews, and I often dismiss the negative reviews I read. HOWEVER, this time the negative reviews were accurate. I bought this name-brand product (Philips Norelco HQ8 Dual Precision Replacement Heads) thinking I was getting a quality replacement product from a reputable manufacturer. Having been very happy with my Norelco razors (2) for the past umpteen years and the way its new blades had cut in the past, I merely wanted to replace the razor heads. What I received was two sets (both of them performed poorly) of heads that performed worse than the ones I replaced! I CANNOT GET A CLOSE SHAVE, EVEN THOUGH I LABORED WITH THIS PRODUCT IN AN ATTEMPT TO DO SO! Unfortunately, I replaced them right before I began a month of travel and missed the window to return them. I am highly dissatisfied with this product and will follow one of the other dissatisfied customer's recommendation to just go to a discount store and purchase an actual OEM (original equipment manufacturer) set of replacement heads.
