This is definitely not what the seller advertised! First of all, it did not come flat. It was rolled up tight in a box. It is flimsy and not durable at all. When I called, I was told to put in a tub of hot water. If I had wanted to do that, I wouldn't have ordered one that was supposed to ship flat. It slides around on the carpet and I have decided to toss it - it's not worth the worry. I called to complain and they offered me a credit. But even with the credit, I lost money on it. I had to deal directly with "Boomking". I didn't realize Amazon didn't allow me to return so I am stuck with it. The only reason that I gave it one star was so I could get on site to warn people. This is false advertising to the nth degree. Item is not heavy duty, not shipped flat, and not worth the time it took to order it!
