Good product while it works. This, and most Breville ovens, have faulty thermal fuses which are quite difficult to replace. After my oven stopped working, I googled the issue and I found out many users are experiencing the same problem. Breville should be aware of this issue and fix the units that fail, even after warranty expires - I purchased my unit 18 months ago and warranty covers one year - and use a better quality thermal fuse in new units. I'd also be a great idea to install it in such a way that can be easily serviced if it fails. A simple $5 part fails and the repair will cost me at least $150 plus the inconvenience of having to be without an oven for weeks.
