Product may be okay I don't know but... Customer service is horrible!!!! It is tough to reach a live body. I got hung up on a few times & I wasn't transferred to another person like I was supposed to be... "someone else will just tell you the same thing" I hate it when cs says that! I could not just cancel the order...but I could change the order... in 24 hours. In what world can they change the order but not cancel the order???! The only reason I wanted to cancel was the attitude and lack of ability to assist me without waiting 24 hours... with no indication that they could help me easily cancel the order even then. I was placing an order online and made an error thinking I had one more screen to review the order except it finished and went through. I immediately phoned the company. Who advised they couldn't do anything for 24 hours. Also because I had not marked no on the 24 hour delivery screen when I first was going through the screens i could not cancel. Plus if i returned the order I would have to still pay shipping and handling. Again, the poor ability to assist is the reason I am so upset. If they are this bad before I get the product just seconds after the order is put in how bad will it be once I get the order if I need assistance? They could have saved me and them a lot of hassle if they just had great customer service! If i can push a button to make the order they should be able to push a button to cancel the order just as fast!
