Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Stopped working out of the blue in less than two months. I rarely leave reviews--something like this never happens with my purchases. This is really disappointing and I don't know what to do. It was used less than three times a week just to dry wet scalp. I did not drop it or anything, plugged it only when in use. I can't believe this has such great reviews (although I did enjoy using it until it stopped working). Did I get a faulty product? How do I reconcile?
