Faulty machine
We had the machine only about a week and it worked fine plugged in. Then we put (brand new) batteries in it to take it from room to room. Unknown to us the machine had melted the batteries within a few hours, my toddler son touched the leaked battery fluid and we ended up in the ER with him having burns to his lips from his fingers. Amazon took the machine back no problem but the company Tyler never responded to my communication as to why this could have happened. Very disappointed and upset.
