I absolutely hate the 7th generation kindle. The touchscreen is very sensitive and turns the pages so quickly that if you accidentally touch it, you can find yourself many pages ahead. Very discombobulating. And I really, really miss the buttons on the side to turn the pages. The screen seems to be more electronic looking than the traditional e-ink display. I definitely think amazon should make a kindle with these features, but not the base models. This kindle lacks the simplicity of previous generations.
