I LOVED my ice maker. I used it all the time and the ice was awesome (i’m a huge fan of ice lol). BUT at around the 6 month mark of owning the ice maker, it just stopped working. It stopped making ice. I reached out to the company 3 times and never got a response. I tried to resolve the issue but the customer service was horrible once your purchase was complete. i’ll be buying a different brand!
