This machine is advertised as being great for people with bad knees. I’m in pain just trying to get my foot under the elastic strap that holds my foot onto the pedal. My knees hurt while using it. My knees hurt terribly after using it. It’s a shame because I had hoped this would benefit me. During use the Scoop slides away from me. I then have to pull my feet out and reposition it. Once again struggle to get my feet under the elastic band, etc. Because of the knee pain (and it also causes my ankles to hurt. (Idon’t have ankle issues). I just want to return it and get a refund.
