Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I've been meaning to post my review for this mattress for a few weeks now, but have been avoiding building up all of my frustration about this again while talking about it in my review. I purchased a different mattress (Classic Brands Gramercy 14 Inch Hybrid Cool Gel Memory Foam and Innerspring Mattress) off of amazon a few months ago, and was (still am) so pleasantly surprised with how comfortable and amazing it is. After making that purchase, I thought I could now easily trust other mattresses on amazon with good reviews. I needed a 10 inch mattress this time, and was on a budget, but the Classic Brands mattresses don't come in that thickness. This Resort Queen mattress seemed like the next best thing (actually, the reviews on this mattress are even better than the Classic Brands one). I trusted the reviews, like I did when I ordered my awesome Classic Brands mattress, and was eager to see what this mattress was like. As with most foam mattresses purchased online, this mattress took a few days to reach it's full size. Once it did, I immediately noticed that it was too long for my bed frame (by Zinus). I measured the frame again, to make sure that my frame wasn't ordered in the wrong size. My frame measured all the right dimensions for a Queen bed--it was the MATTRESS that was the wrong size. The shape of the mattress is awkward, and never reached its intended dimensions. It is longer towards the base, and shorter towards the top, where you lie down. The mattress is about 2 and a half inches longer than a queen mattress should measure. Additionally, this mattress does not hold still on my base, and slides around when I sit on the bed. This mattress is not something that I can return, (as it was sealed and rolled up air-tight), so I am now down a couple hundred dollars, and all in all, extremely disappointed with this defective purchase.
